Thomas has a broad-based background and experience in commercial & residential real estate development, contract and commercial business law, marketing, and financial leveraging. As an entrepreneur, he has been responsible for all aspects of various business operations and legal enterprises. He has been running successful coffee roasting and language businesses in Japan or over 30 years.
He is currently based in Nakatsugawa, Japan.

With degrees in English and Electrical Engineering, Wildani has a strong background in several areas: mechanical and electrical applications, planning, engineering, management, operation and maintenance in various industries including heavy equipment, road construction, telecommunications, and international renewable energy.
He is currently based in Aceh, Indonesia.
